* The application WinHlp32.exe has been used to run help files with the extension ‘.hlp’ since Windows
v3.1. Microsoft have removed it for the release of Vista and future OS’s. The Reliability Workbench
help files require WinHlp32.exe to run. Though the application is no longer provided with Windows, it
is still supported and may be downloaded from the following link:
